Renaissance Charter School is conveniently located in Doral, Florida. It is accessible for families living in the area, as well as, parents working nearby. We are fortunate to have such a diverse student body, making our school a "home" to many different cultures.

Information for Parents
School uniforms must be purchased exclusively from All Uniform Wear, and will be sold from their store located at 8456 SW 8th Street or 3150 West 76th Street in Hialeah or online at www.alluniformwear.com. Please review our complete uniform policies for Elementary and Middle School.
2012-2013 School Calendar - Important dates for the 2012-2013 academic year. This calendar may differ from the Miami Dade County Public School System's calendar.
Elementary School Supplies and Middle School Supplies - A list of supplies that are required for the 2012-2013 school year. The supplies required for each incoming student is attached based on the grade level. These supplies should be brought in to the homeroom teacher on the first day of school.
Lunch Menus and Order Forms - As an approved sponsor for the National School Lunch Program, The Renaissance Charter School, Inc. offers highly nutritious meals following all of the rules and regulations set forth by the USDA; Meals are provided by Preferred Meal Systems, Inc. and must be ordered in advance on Wednesdays using the lunch order form. Free and reduced lunch is available to those that qualify.

Food Service Inspection Report - In accordance with Senate Bill 1908, the school's health certificate/inspection reports are available for review.
The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act requires school cafeterias to meet new federal nutrition standards for school lunches and breakfasts. Read our "School Meals Have Changed!" flyer to learn more!
Immunization - It is vitally important for our incoming Kindergarten and 7th Grade students to have the mandatory immunizations required by the state before the first day of school, August 18th. Section 1003.22 (10a) of the Florida Statutes does not allow kindergarteners or seventh graders to attend school with incomplete immunization documentation. Please contact your pediatrician to schedule an appointment or contact your local health center for a schedule of free immunizations for families that qualify.
